Another day, another Hermes mis-delivery. Once again they delivered it to a random street and shoved it into someone’s bin cupboard. Fortunately the kind person at that address hand delivered it as I hadn't even had an email confirmation about it being out for delivery.
And of course, the company line is "contact the person who sent the parcel". I'm sorry, in which timeline is it the fault of a person who sent me a parcel with the correct-and-plain-as-daylight address on the parcel that Hermes decided to dump it several streets away? It's not like this is the first time it has happened... except this time they have redesigned their website and it isn't possible to raise a support ticket.
I reiterate... Hermes Sucks.
